PAG Buys Controlling Stake in Evergrande Property Services for $514 Million

Asia focused investment firm PAG has agreed to acquire 51% of Evergrande Property Services for about $514 million following a competitive auction. The deal gives PAG control of a listed property services business with recurring revenue across China.
