Bangladesh Opens Consultancy for Halda River Ecosystem Management

The Department of Environment published a consultancy opportunity on 1 November for community mobilisation, beneficiary selection, training and monitoring activities under the Halda River and Morjat Baor ecosystem-management project. Submissions are due on 22 November 2026, while the consultancy budget has not been disclosed. Environmental research firms, monitoring specialists and development consultancies can pursue the assignment; HPC can support research partnerships and proposal preparation.
